I have never really had good experiences with Fantastic Sams, Great Clips, Super Cuts, etc until this visit! The staff was very friendly, they were quick, too. They assured me that I hadn’t ruined my daughter’s hair with all the swimming pool time this summer. They offered practical solutions and even recommended the BEST products, which they don’t even carry in their store.
Best place for spontaneous haircuts!! Want to try something crazy/new? No need to be afraid with the stylists here. Never been unhappy with my results from here!!

I will NEVER go back to that store EVER again. I have gotten a bad hair cut and went back for them to fix it only to get butchered. then I gave them a second chance and went to get my hair colored and JESSICA left me there because she was having a party with her friend that came in and left me there to over process. talking to them. I finally told Sarah that I could NOT wait any longer. 1.5 hrs is ENOUGH. no apology , nothing. I wanted my hair cut but I will go to COST CUTTERS for that. worst experience ever. I went in with long hair and a picture of a medium to long blunt A line cut. The lady cut my hair way above my shoulder and framed my face. She was rough (neck and ears have red scratch mark's from her). I will NEVER go back there. I told her several times I do not like my hair and it is shorter than I wanted and she argued saying "I think it looks good." Fantastic Sams thanks for wanting my money and not listening to what I wanted. I hate my hair cut thanks to your "stylist".
