This store is truly amazing and the price is amazing and I love it here! My whole entire family and all my friends go here! I’ve never had any of those problems at any Fantastic Sams salon because I know they are a “walk in” salon and they do great for my whole family and we have a huge family so never is it not a wonderful experience ���
So my daughter went in at 4 to get her hair colored it is now 910, my daughter just left now mind you she is 32 yrs old and can speak for herself, I called the manager told the manager my daughter should get her money back or fixed they charged her 114.00 the manager starting swearing saying f you, and effing that. I came in for a color and haircut back in January or February. I was going from brown to too blonde! She (forgot her name) dye my hair and I feel burn which I was wondering why? After long HOURS, she won't let me look at mirror as normal and I immediately knew something was wrong. I asked for light golden brown but it turn blonde! I was too shock to complain. I go here all the time normally. Being in the customer service industry, I know good customer service and this service is horrible. This fantastic sams really has gone down hill. Iv tried to get my hair done 3 times in the last 4 months and each time I go in. They don't greet me all! All they say is, "It's gonna be a long long time before we are gonna be able to get you in."
