Walking in & usually not waiting too long
This was the haircut my son got after showing a picture of what he wanted. They are refusing to give me a refund other than a gift card. This is the icing on the cake... not going back. I don’t want a gift card? I want a refund!
Wife and I stopped in last minute (Wednesday evening) so wife could check the hours, and the two woman in the shop, laughing rudely, closed the store, 10 minutes early. We stopped back at 10 am on Thursday, and instead of helping a customer (they had one other besides my wife) the SAME two woman would rather gossip. Seems to be really trashy service judging from the behavior. We went someplace else. We (our entire family of four) will go elsewhere.
