Jake did an awesome job on my hair today! He is very personable and friendly! First time at this location after moving into the area! Perfect walking distance from my new home! A little on the pricey side than was expected compared to my old place. Will be returning!

My daughter got her hair highlighted 10 days ago and is in college and came home today to get it fixed and apparently their is a 7 day policy they don't tell you about to get it fixed. My family has gone to Fantastic Sams for years and this is our last time. Awful business model. Their is loop holes to every policy in every company.
Kelly is my hero. My 4 year old son with sensory processing disorder's biggest fear was haircuts. We have worked for almost a year in play therapy to get him ready for a haircut since the last one was so traumatic. She is incredible with kids, patient and kind. We will be back our next go round ❤️
