Dishonest, amateurish, unprofessional, terrible management. NEVER AGAIN with this place. I have never actually had a good experience at a Fantastic Sam's, but the Cedar Lake Road location was the WORST. They charged me ***$180*** to color correct my hair for an under-two-hour session for just-below-shoulder-length, paper-thin hair (which there isn't all that much of because anxiety-related hair loss). $180 at a freaking FANTASTIC SAM'S! And then $18 for a conditioning treatment. I could've gone to someplace nice like Evo... read more
