Abby and Elsie are the BEST! Always an amazing experience! They always make the environment comfortable and welcoming. I always leave extremely happy with my cut/color.
40 years of getting haircuts never had someone cut my hair so terribly…the lady on Saturday was more concerned with other conversations in the store, showed no passion or pride in cutting my hair. At one point she had to grab the Manager over to help. Manager pretty much said I had a weird head LOL . So unprofessional. Been going there for two year live a block away. I will never step foot in the place again. With tip your paying 40$ for the worst experience. This was so bad I feel discriminated I may sue.
I go to Jojo and she is the absolute most incredible that I have ever had. She does an incredible job every time (I have unique hair that confuses a lot of stylists) and she has a way of talking with you that makes you feel like an old friend. Highly highly highly recommend!!!
