I had previously wrote about my dissatisfaction with the location, but Jeryl the manager took the time to make me feel heard. She first wanted to speak to me about what happened and then assured me that the staff was not having the best day. She went above and beyond making me feel like I was important. My opinion has definitely changed. Thank you for taking the time to care.
Patty is amazing, she will always be my stylist. If she leaves to another store, I'd have to follow. Her customer service and skills are outstanding. She knows exactly how I like my hair and even when I think it's good enough, she's not done until she feels it's perfect. Thank you!!!

Ceci and Lisa and all the girls at Fantastic Sams were all very wonderful! They colored and cut my hair and it was an amazing experience! My hair turned out perfect and exactly how it was supposed to. The entire staff was attentive and professional. I also enjoyed watching their licensed barber girl who took such care and did such an amazing job cutting the little boys hair

Houston was very professional and friendly. She cut my hair like I wanted and had suggestions for hair like mine. I really liked her and I hope to see her again. I was pleased to be waited on so fast. They said 10 minutes but it was maybe 5.
