Was so excited to get my hair colored and highlighted for vacation! But that instantly changed getting out of the chair ! I did the 7 foil highlight and the top of my head where the bleach was applyed had chemical burn from the bleach... I cancelled my vacation because my scalp hurt in the sun. I have hair dye stains all on my ears, neck, my forehead looked like i drew a hair line from the stains and i have a big stain on my cheek from the dye. I love the people that work there they are always nice and help you out. I love the color they did but I am not happy with the cut. Going back today to have them fix it.

Had a mother/daughter day at Fantastic Sam's...We came with pix of what we wanted done...not a problem...all our questions were answered...Nikki colored my hair with highlights/lowlights and my hair looks fantastic. My daughter got purple/blue highlights and we think Maddie did a fantastic job!! We'll be back...and will ask for Nikki and Maddie...
