My stylist, Makenna Midlock, had told me that she would no longer be doing my hair because I didn’t tip her well enough. When I went to a new stylist she had reached out to me. When I told her that I didn’t like my results with her and expressed to her that I was dissatisfied she said “F U.” Incredibly unprofessional! My 4 year old daughter and I had a beauty date. The beauticians were great with the both of us. While they colored my hair, the cut my daughters hair right next to me and made her feel special. They even gave her a french braid and she loved it. While they washed my hair and cut it, one of the beauticians played with her. I love my daughter's hair and mine! The 2 beauticians were great and I will definitely be back!
This is my second time visiting Fantastic Sams and I was very satisfied with the staff and services.
I like the girl who did my color and hair cut. She was friendly and recommend a good treatment for my hair.
Horrible experience today.. Lauren is horrible.. I look like she put a bowl on my head and cut it.. another lady came to her rescue and I still was not happy when I left.. I want to cry.. I will never go back here and will continue to give horrible reviews! My money should’ve been reimbursed!
