I will never take my son again. She absolutely butchered his hair. I've never seen anything like it. HORRIBLE!
stylist inside store hours posted closes at 8pm. wouldn't acknowledge I was at the door at 6pm and stared directly at me. I tapped on the door stated store is closed. I suggest changing the hours on website and on your door.

I went to get my hair cut 2 days ago. I was donating it to wigs for kids. The girl asked what I wanted. I told her one even length that would go in a pony tail. She asked if I wanted a bob, I told her no. She cut the braid off to donate and kept cutting. I assumed she was just evening it out. When she turned me around I was shocked. Yesterday, my husband and I went to Fantastic Sams for haircuts. We were promptly greeted by Linda, with a huge smile on her face. We did not have an appointment and it was not a very long wait. Susie cut my hair, she was very friendly and knew exactly what style I wanted, although I could barely describe it. It came out amazing!! I love it, Susie! Carolyn cut my husband’s hair. I found out this evening that my grandson was in the shop in South Point, Oh. and had his hair cut. Not only is it uneven, ththre girl cut him with the clippers around his ears and a worse cut on the back of his neck. I am livid!!! Well used to love coming here Scarlett always done my hair well was here a week ago spent 110 and u can’t even tell my hair was done at all very disappointing I just wasted money never had a problem till now but was hesitant about someone new doing my hair my hair looked good the first waited 2 days to wash it and I buy sulfate free shampoo and it’s like it washed out no one would call me back I def won’t come back pay that money for my hair to look 2 days. I love coming here! This is the only place I go to get my hair done!! Scarlett Whitley is absolutely awesome!! She’s the only one I will let cut my hair!! I trust her completely, I trust her enough that I’ve fallen asleep in her chair and my hair still came out the way I wanted it too!!!
It was great. Everyone was very nice. Will definitely go there again.
