Went in yesterday to get my daughter hair cut! We showed the stylist the picture of what she wanted! The cut wasn’t anything like the picture and when I explained that I was unhappy and that we would go somewhere else! She kept saying she didn’t understand what we wanted! Not to mention as she was cutting her hair she was trying talk her out style she wanted! We have been there several times and have never had a issue!
Had a great experience. If Michael ever retires, I'll just let my hair grow. He's fantastic and so personable. My hair was cut just the way I wanted.
