I'll be honest, I had an iffy experience in the past at fantastic sams, so I went in yesterday with low expectations. But Nakita knocked it out the park! She listened to what I wanted and gave some of her own thoughts and understood my hair type. She was so nice as well! Scared me at first that she wanted to cut my hair wet, since I have curls and they shrink when they dry. But she knew to let it dry a little to see the curl pattern. She's awesome and I will definitely be going back now for future cuts with her!

This was the best hair salon experience I've had in a long time. Karli is an excellent stylist and really listened to me. My haircut was perfect and I really enjoyed the relaxing shampoo and blow-dry. I would highly recommend both the salon and Karli.

In my initial booking over the phone with the appointment setter, there was confusion of what I needed. This was an urgent situation for me as I had a date shortly after the appointment, and didn'thave time to find another salon. Kari came to the rescue and squeezed me in. She went above and beyond to make sure I had my hair washed and gave me a sleek and shiny flat iron. My hair looks amazing, even on day 2! She has definitely gained a new client. Thank you for being a rock star Kari! P.S. the date went great!
