Before going to this salon, I called ahead to get a price. I was quoted 19.99 for a wash and blowdry. I walked out paying $35 for my style, which she called a flatiron. I didn't know that what she was doing was more than I asked for and I should have been quoted a price ahead of time. I didn't even like it that much; it looks stringy and lacks luster, I just wanted my frizz gone for a special occassion. Customers should be quoted the fee ahead of time and I feel ripped of. I will not recommend this place to anyone
