This may have been the worst nail experience in my life. I went in needing to soak off gel polish and get a regular manicure. They told me it was five dollars extra to soak. Fine. By the time she wrapped the last nail, she was already taking off the first one, less than 30 seconds of soaking. Okay. They don’t sterilize! I got a nail infection and the gel polish chipped after 5 days. I didn’t go back because i felt the place was unsanitary and the files that they used were worn and the tools had nail powder on them from previous. I should of spoke up but i didn’t. That was my fault! Never going back there!
This girls need to clean more and talk less, this place needs to be inspected, I went to get my pedicure done for a first time here and got fungus! All over my toes it’s disgusting that never happened to me before! I wish I can post a pic of my toes here ,
