First off all bad reviews are from Karen's who didn't speak up when asked during the appointment. I was asked several times if I liked the work as it was being done. I requested my French nail line be a bit thicker. He obliged. These nails feel light weight and look exactly how I requested. I am sooo pleased with the work! Went in for a fill. Showed her the picture and told her "I want this exactly." She said ok and then then whole time her granddaughter was running around pulling my arm. She cut my nails below my nail line and put acrylic on the stub of a nail. Told me "it will grow." I had to demand She try and fix the hot mess. She just globbed on some acrylic to build it up and got it all over my fingers in the process. I had to pick dried acrylic off my fingers after we left. This was my first time visiting this nail salon. I was warmly greeted by my nail technician Derick. He was knowledgeable and helped me choose the right shape & style for my nails. I most certainly will be a repeat customer.
