They moved a piano for me. They did a great job and are great people!
this was back in Nov of 2016. Day before Thanksgiving. Two trucks - one about a week earlier - all was perfect. On last move, men abandoned the move (because of the holiday?) and no one offered or was there for a final walk through. EVER. So - I return to my sold home the following day. None of my furs were moved (along w/ other coats), a hand-made artisan bowl was broken and two items damaged enough that they have never been the same. NO apologies, no compensation, no anything. Tough. And - for $3K cost!
We used Fantastic Moves recently to move my mom’s stuff from her assisted living apartment to our garage and then to a new assisted living apartment. They were very accommodating because the second move happened earlier than planned after insurance ended her rehab early. Both times, the movers called ahead to confirm times and addresses the day before. They arrived promptly/early and worked efficiently to get everything done. We could not have asked for a better team of movers. They showed up 30 minutes before showtime. From the moment that the four movers got to my home there wasn’t one time that I didn’t see one of them working. It seem like they were running from the upstairs to the downstairs to the truck. And all of them were very polite. We couldn’t of done it without them. They took extra care in wrapping furniture so it wouldn’t get scratched or damaged. Every piece came to my new house perfect. Francey, Dave and team are top notch movers. Not only have they moved personal friends and clients of mine, but they also took care of my daughter and me as well. They are my go-to moving company and I highly recommend them for your moving needs - large or small. Just a great team to work with and I'm happy to send them my referrals.
This is a repeat for me, they are fast , courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them..
