I recently purchased a sofa bed from the Fantastic Furniture Wagga Wagga branch. I’m very happy with the product itself the quality is excellent, it looks amazing, and it is very comfortable to sit on. It is exactly what I was looking for, and I have no complaints at all about the furniture. However, my experience with the store’s service was very disappointing. Great - had just what I was looking for.
Forgotten the name of most of the staff except Caleb. I know a Lady Manager and Lady associate helped me too. My couch broke and a replacement credit under warranty was swiftly processed. For a small amount I paid i even got an upgrade. Despite a minor delivery address error i got my new couch in under 3 weeks. Great service by the team there.
