Great - had just what I was looking for.
Forgotten the name of most of the staff except Caleb. I know a Lady Manager and Lady associate helped me too. My couch broke and a replacement credit under warranty was swiftly processed. For a small amount I paid i even got an upgrade. Despite a minor delivery address error i got my new couch in under 3 weeks. Great service by the team there.
The products are cheap through away rubbish you buy when you 20yrs old and drop at the tip after your 21st birthday party.
