The staff are friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience smooth and pleasant. A solid option for affordable home furnishings in a convenient location.
Nothing ever seems to be available in this store. Every time I come to purchase something, I am told it’s not available. Just yesterday I came for 3 boxes and was told it’s a 17 week wait. I pointed out there’s about 8 of these boxes displayed around the display room and was told they would not sell me those, without much of an explanation. Was told I can go to Newcastle to buy 1 box as they had one available- driving 1h for one box was a suitable suggestion according to the staff… I always seem to leave this store frustrate... read more
