We walked around the store for about 30 minutes stopping and looking at tables and chairs, 3 staff members walked pass us on different occasions and not one asked us if we needed any assistance, when leaving we walked pass the reception counter where 2 staff members sat there happily chatting away and took no notice of us. Customer service..minus zero.

Ridiculously long production times from the very beginning, and even those they constantly fail to meet, pushing the delivery date further and further. Extremely disappointing experience. UPDATE after response from the owner: No one has actually reached out to me privately
