Prices are very reasonable, and good quality for what we were looking for today, which was a bed base and mattress. We researched online before going to the store. It was seamless and the staff we had today were very friendly and likeable. I have utilised Fantastic Furniture years ago for an office desk for home use, and again reasonably priced.
Good deals ans great service
We walked around the store for about 30 minutes stopping and looking at tables and chairs, 3 staff members walked pass us on different occasions and not one asked us if we needed any assistance, when leaving we walked pass the reception counter where 2 staff members sat there happily chatting away and took no notice of us. Customer service..minus zero.
We had a great buying experience today with amazing customer service from Shaheena. Thank you very much!
