Don't believe the previous reviews! I found this salon by chance & am so happy I did. I had a haircut & brazilian blowout and my hair has never looked so good. Oksana was very knowledgeable about the brazilian blowout procedure & everything in the salon ran very efficiently. The majority of clients coming in seemed to be regulars & I definitely will be coming back again too!
Horrible place. I had a Brazilian wax and I have never had such a painful experience. (I have had many before). She bruised me. The owner bragged about how "fast" she was and proceeded to complain about everything. She was just rude. DON'T GO.
Terrible!! If there is a way to give 0.5 star, I would have selected it. I got a Groupon for facial. I got there on time, but had to wait 30 mins.!! And there was No Apologies!! When I went into the facial room, it was dirty! I saw hair all over the floor. The bed sheet didn't seemed clean at all..... She was rough too. The facial solution went into my mouth and my eyes, and I could feel that she was not into it at all. She rushed through it and got it done in 30 mins. Terrible place, the owner doesn't know anything about customer service, they stylist butched my hair, all they care about is selling their products and they don't fulfill all of the offers on their groupon, which for some reason they tell people not to buy their groupon....suspicious.
I love this salon. I've been 3 times and have never been disappointed. They were open on Easter and I was the only one there. She cut my hair just like the picture, was fast and had perfect service. Not to mention only $30. I have gone to big expensive salons and spent way more money than needed. These ladies are my go to now. They also have some great hair products and often have groupons.
DO NOT GO HERE! This was by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered! I was scolded about buying a groupon and told that if I bruise from my Brazilian wax it was my fault. It seemed as if the woman who did my Brazilian, who also happened to be the owner, had never waxed before. She went over the same spot multiple times, had to tug at the same strip multiple times, and still left me patchy! She never had me turn over to wax my behind and she was just so rude! My daughter and I have been going here for almost a year now. We moved out here last year And found this wonderful salon. The service and products they offer are the best. The owner and staff make you feel like family. Their prices are fantastic. It is hard to find a good salon these days well once you go here you will be home! What a fantastic experience! I went in for a facial a few months ago and was very impressed! My skin looked great and really cleared up. I then went back and ended up scheduling for some highlights because my friend had her hair done here and it look amazing! Cant wait to get my hair done! Keep up the good work girls! This was probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a salon. First, they started my appt 30 minutes late because they didn't have enough staff for the amount of people they had there. Then I got a color treatment and she put the color on my hair and I was just stuck sitting there for a good 45 minutes with the hair dye in...while she went to the store next door...then i got a conditioning treatment that consisted of her putting on the conditioner on and rising it right off...next, the cut.
