Fanny Anne's Saloon is an old-fashioned beer and burger joint. The saloon features a Main Bar on the ground floor and a game and bar area on the floor above. But there is no way to describe the memorabilia hanging from the walls and staring at you (like a moose head!). Besides beer, mixed drinks, and shots, the place makes a really good hamburger. The crowd is friendly and often pretty loud.

Would give zero stars if allowed. Not serving a decorated officer and his service dog is a disgrace to the human race. I will never give my money to this establishment and will encourage all others to do the same. Shame on you!!!
Refused service to a man with a service dog. Shame on you and I hope people now refuse to visit your establishment.
I'm rating this as terrible strictly based on the managers poor judgement and even worse people skills. To turn away and refuse service to a decorated police officer that put his life on the line to defend the public is appalling. All the officer wanted to do was have a meal with friends and visit some place new with his service dog. Spreading the word may not ruin this business, but hopefully it will deter as many people as possible until something is done about management.
I think it's pathetic that they refuse service to a Veteran with his Service Dog. Shameful!!!
I will never eat here or anywhere that treats veterans and their service animals the way Fanny Ann's did.
I will no longer come to your restaurant. As someone who suffers from a mental health condition, I am disgusted how you treated this former officer and his service animal. Anyone with a service animal, regardless of current or former profession, should be greeted kindly at your business. Shame on you. I hope you enjoyed flexing your managerial muscle and refusing service to a patron. It seems you should brush up on your customer service skills. Also please read up on current ADA laws. Its obvious your are lacking both.
I am really disappointed that your establishment chose to ask a patron with a service dog to leave. Please take the time to educate yourselves as to the rights of people with ADA compliant service animals. You should be ashamed.
Unfortunately I have to give a star. If I could, I wouldn't credit this company with any! A despicable establishment with poor judgement and customer service!
This place should be ashamed ....refusing to serve a man with a service dog...I will never patronize this establishment....
