A deplorable act by a deplorable establishment. How dare this restauranteur treat anyone like this let alone someone who has fought for our rights and protected the innocent from injustice. If there was a negative star option it would have the Highest Low. I will never patronize this place again and hope that all who read my review. Think about it and do the same.
ADA is law of the land, chumps. Now, YOU will be refused the ability to serve others, and offered premature retirement. Good luck with that.
I will never give my hard earned dollar to any establishment that refuses service to Police Officers & their Service Dogs or Veterans etc. As a matter of fact, I believe these Veterans & their dogs should have free meals for their service. Please find other Restaurants or business's that Support All Veterans, Military & Police & their Service Dogs and take your hard Earned Dollar to those who Deserve it. NOT THIS PLACE! A DISGRACE TO THE HUMAN SPIRIT!!!
Last Thursday was my last visit to Fanny Ann's. No respect for those who protect us. Shame on you.
I wish I could give ZERO stars to this awful place. How dare they refuse service to an amazing man that served our community!!! All because the manager was IGNORANT and did not recognize a service dog when he saw him. I'm disappointed and disgusted, I will NEVER set foot in this dirty, crowded and ridiculous establishment again. Shame on you Fanny Ann's!
After reading about what happened to a man with a service dog who was denied service and humiliated i will no longer recommend or go to your establishment. That makes me sad because it was my all time favorite place in Old Sacramento But you can not get away with this sorry
You don't deserve my business and you won't be getting it. Shame on you. Your behavior was disgraceful and vile. I loudly and proudly support the men and women who put their lives on the line and deal with horrors you'll never know - because of them! Choke on your damned burger!
Supposed to honor those who serve. Time for this owner to wake up. I was refused to be let in once for wearing a shirt with a Eagle because they said it looked like a bikers shirt. Was riding but had to put a flannel on to go in...
I have friends that have seen Cockroaches!!! And they kick out service dogs that is against ADA laws and is not right.
