Five years ago I chose Fann's to replace my 20 year old HVAC unit. I recently discovered that there was an issue with my unit because of increased kilowatt usage on my MTE electric bill on a Friday, 8am Monday morning I was on the phone with Fann's and by 2pm a very nice / knowledgeable technician was at my door and my unit was fixed!! The quick response by Fann's will likely save me a substantial amount on my current electric bill!! As always, Fann's is the winner again, with excellent customer service and HVAC knowledge!
They were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced.
They put in a York system for me. We never could get it to heat our house and the noise was so loud it was like a jet plane taking off at night you couldn't sleep. To make a long story short they were out there about six times and still refused to do anything about the system. That I need to contact York. No I did not get the unit from York I got the unit from Fann. They should have replaced my unit and then they should have dealt with York. Had our central AC start to fail on us in the dead of summer; Fanns came out same day and fixed it fast! Our tech was great, sorry my dog was a pain! Highly recommend!
