This weekend my son lost his removable palettal expander on a flight to NM. Dr. Fanning took time out of his Sunday to speak with me and provide advice along with the advice of our orthodontist in NYC. It was above and beyond and his guidance helped us make the right choice for our son. This kindness is just what the world needs. Thank you!
