Excellent service all the way around
Fannin has a great selection of trees, knowledgeable staff, and resonable price that include delivery and planting. We received a call confirming delivery date while we were out of state on an emergency . I was assured that everything would be handled during our absence. The tree was planted, staked, and deep watered and looked great when we returned home. With complete instructions provided by Fannin on how to care for our new tree, it is thriving in our front yard. My husband Richard and I have bought three trees from Fannin Tree Farm and would never shop anywhere else! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a huge selection of trees to choose from.
We went on a search for a tree for our front yard. After looking at the big box stores we visited Fannin Tree Farm, not really expecting to find anything in our price range. Boy, were we wrong. Lonnie took us on a tour through the groves, patiently listening to our wants and needs and finally suggested a tree we never thought of. 1 week later they delivered the tree, dug the hole, secured it with straps and we got a how-to list on how to properly care for the tree. We have purchased nine trees from Fannin since 2007. That speaks volumes of the outstanding service before and after the sale. If we had a question after the trees were planted, Fannin provided quick answers. Everything from the sale to the planting exceeded our expectations.
This was such a wonderful experience for us! We are new to this area of Texas, and it was such a relief with the staff being very knowledgeable of all the trees, and did their best to make sure you got what you needed. The office was so very friendly,!!! The trees were delivered and planted without much if any disruption by friendly team of helpers. They followed up personally ensure all went well and trees were thriving. If ever we are needing another tree, I will certainly be headed back to Fannin Tree Farm!!
