Handled a bankruptcy chapter 7 case in which I was in contact mainly with his paralegal Allison . However after it was filed I needed to get an amendment., emailed and called at least three times a week before I would get a generic email saying it will be filed , no follow up after paying . I tried to be very respectful in every email to get updates and or paperwork . I finally asked again saying it was done after a whole month.
