Thad a very disappointing experience with Dr. Fang Frank Yu. After two ER visits and a referral from my family physician, I expected proper guidance and care. Instead, the consultation lasted less than 10 minutes. The doctor did not ask any questions, did not provide any advice about what to do before the colonoscopy, and offered no guidance on diet or medications. I was simply told to wait one month for the procedure. This lack of concern and communication left me feeling completely ignor + and unsupported.
Dr. Yu saved my mother's life! 20 Years later we still are seeing Dr. Yu. Words cannot express how grateful we are! Thank you!!!!!

I have visited Dr. Yu for over 10 years not just because of his remarkable medical skills, but because of his empathy and patience. Before all of my gastroscopy and colonoscopy procedures Dr. Yu always makes sure to explain the process in great detail, but in a way that is easy to understand. My wife had her first colonoscopy performed by Dr. Yu and she felt very comfortable. We would strongly recommend to our family members and friends.
The Lady at the front that works Monday and Tuesday need to be replace. She doesn’t return call she doesn’t confirm appointment. And to make things worse she blames other for her mistakes.
I have seen Dr Yu for almost 10 years. He's super patient and thorough with each visit. Clean office and nice staff too. Very caring and takes great care of his patients, Dr Yu is definitely my favorite doctor.
I think Dr. Yu is investigative and intelligent. I refer a lot of patients to him
