Training was okay, the job was very boring, this company is just horrible.
I was recruited to work for this company in Dec 2022 I waited over a month for my start date just to work 2 months and then get layed off with about 20 other people. They lie about everything supervisors are slow to respond to important questions or don’t respond at all. They will try every way they can to cheat you out of your bonus. they also force you to call the same elderly people over and over even after the customer says they do not want the service. I have never had any dealings with this company but they call me two to three times a week, even after I went on their official website and told them to stop calling me I am not interested in whatever they are doing they still continue to call me. I have reported them to the BBB.
