It can be a hit or miss..but the guy I really liked quit. A language barrier can happen with some of the techs so I have had mixed results. You WILL be here at least 2 hours even if just for a pedi. Your mani and pedi last depending on who does it. I'm only disappointed because the last person who did my pedicure before told me to come make an appt with him and when I did said he doesn't do toes..I'm literally rocking the pedicure he did now. I left happy with my pedicure but I’m leaving 4 stars because of the nail salon as a whole plus my experience when I first walked in. I called ahead of time asking if they had time for a pedicure, and they did. I walked in and was immediately told to sit in the first pedi chair, and to choose my color. Cool. 5-10 mins pass by and I asked the man at the front of it was possible to go ahead and start the water. He politely said no, and that the lady would be with me in 5 mins. I said okay. If you are particular about the way you like your nails did. I would not recommend this place. I attempted to a schedule an appointment & explained that there is a particular look that I was going for. The receptionist response was “our best person is busy, if you are picky you can go elsewhere.” Sayless, horrible customer service is a bad look for any business!
