Never been but I’m glad after looking at these reviews. SERVICE IS IMPORTANT
I walked in and the staff was busy. The lady said," I'm busy" I looked. The man said ,"I'm busy" and moved his head as if to say, go. I will never return. They were so rude and unprofessional. I guess they get so much business that customer service is irrelevant. I
I'm usually a walk in and get helped immediately. Great pricing, but hesitate to go there, not confident on how tools are cleaned, etc. Very aggressive on nail trimming the edges of your toenails, may cause ingrown nails.
This place is racist. There was one customer who was white. The Asian nail tech looked and my nails and refused to do my nails. He stated " I don't do here". I only wanted acrylic nails. So if you are African American don't waste your time going over there they don't do our nails
