Called twice to specifically ask if they do dip powder and they said yes. Halfway through my appointment, she used nail polish and when I asked where the dip powder was she said they don’t do that. This should have been made clear from the start. Wasted my money (ridiculously expensive) and time. At the very least, be honest about the services you provide.

I was very disappointed with the service I received. I originally asked for a bow design, but the result was poorly done, especially considering the $5 charge per bow. I requested chrome instead because I was unhappy with the bows, but the chrome application didn’t fully cover the nail and the red base showed through. First visit and the owner, Linda did my nails and she knows her stuff! She was an absolute gem. Made this nail experience my best one yet! Great atmosphere, awesome music and a very inclusive space! Thanks for the amazing chat Linda! I highly recommend!
