I've been to this place twice. Thought my first experience was a one-off and decided to give it another chance but I was wrong.. She cut my nails with a dull cutter and didn't even bother changing it. Lack attention to detail, don't spend time shaping the nails. Rough with removal of polish.

Update: 7 months after getting these garbage nails, I am still injured with acrylic and glue completely embedded on all 10 finger tips. DO NOT GO HERE - SEVERE INJURY POSSIBLE I need a refund of my full set nails done in Nov. 2025.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for years because of the convenient location and consistently great quality. I’ve had acrylic, bio gel, and shellac done here, and they always do an amazing job with precision and design — I’ve never had issues with my nails. However, for the first time, I decided to try a pedicure last week and was a bit disappointed.
