I need a refund of my full set nails done in Nov. 2025.
Called twice to specifically ask if they do dip powder and they said yes. Halfway through my appointment, she used nail polish and when I asked where the dip powder was she said they don’t do that. This should have been made clear from the start. Wasted my money (ridiculously expensive) and time. At the very least, be honest about the services you provide.
