Terrible experience. The technician rushed through my acrylic set and acted like I was a complete inconvenience. Within ONE day, multiple acrylics completely popped off. That has never happened to me before. When I contacted them, they said I could come back for a quick fix, but made it clear they wouldn’t do anything beyond that(their SECOND time fixing my nails) and still implied it was somehow my fault. It's hard for older folks to get out and get their nails done. More patience with the elderly would be highly recommended.

If I could give negative stars, I would! Im extremely upset. I went in for a gel manicure. The nail tech used her dremmel to file my nails down. She burned my finger with it and split another nail. I have gouges and indentations in my nails that will be there until they grow out. I told her to stop the service before she could cover the damage with polish. She shrugged and moved to the next person without washing her hands. I got up to leave and the man gave me an attitude for not paying.
