Fancy Nails is truly a gem, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! Danny and Sally are amazing, and they have created such a beautiful, welcoming salon with the BEST staff. Booked an appointment at 3, came in and was placed in a broken chair for 30 minutes. I asked to switch and the man at the front said they would move me and then went and sat at the front and never came back. I had to ask again, and he begrudgingly came over and moved me to a chair that worked. They did not start on my pedicure until 45 mins after my appointment time. I would not recommend based on the horrible customer service, and I won’t be coming back.
The male worker is aggressive on up selling, then irrated with a decline, was on his phone while doing my pedicure. Time to pay they only take cash or Venmo, not posted outside its posted under the pay counter behind color samples, had to walk to ATM pay $4.00 service fee after overpaying at $65 pedicure..Not worth it alot of places around
