These guys used to be good, not anymore. Or maybe I went after months and they have changed their staff. 3 people worked on my apex gel extension and such a horrible job at it. Crooked nails, uneven, so much product at the bottom. I tried booking pedicure via ClassPass later and they never accept it, so why be on ClassPass. Plus the wait, oh my god- you have an appointment or not they make you wait because they keep taking walk ins and are not respectful of your time.
I’ve been coming to Fancy Nail & Beauty since I first moved to Forest Hills in May 2024. I have never had a bad experience here. My powder manicure always lasts at least 3 weeks. They always do a great job. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a customer since 2020 and ever since they bought that male on the team, I just walked out the salon and I’m never walking back in there because this male did my pedicure so bad that I never even want to go back in there. I don’t understand why they would even hire a man to do pedicures. I asked for french and my lines are all crooked, this one bad experience has done it for me. Lost a customer.
