I have been a loyal client of this salon for over two years, consistently requesting a color similar to Wicked - Essie in color Z19. During my most recent visit, the color of the polish applied was completely incorrect and streaky, according to the technician, the polish was old. Terrible job. The nail tech stated she was new but lacked the basic skills of how to do a simple French tip. Every time I asked for something specific to be done, they would confirm the price as if I wouldn’t be able to afford it? Very weird experience. My nails look horrendous

I’ve generally had a very good experiences here as my pedicure salon for the past year. I bought a gift certificate for my husband’s bday, pedi with 20min leg massage and made an appt for him when I was leaving mine earlier that weekend. Not only did they rush through his pedicure, they ended up refusing to do the massage “because we didn’t book an appt for that also,” which is ridiculous because there was time saved on NOT painting his nails... Overall, not a good value. Wanted to like this salon and make it my new go to but the three times I’ve been, my basic (no design) mani pedis have been just okay and not worth the price. Pros Gel mani not bulky Decent customer service Cons Pedicure. I have pretty soft feet but heels end up rougher than before Foot massages were not great Not great at filing/shaping nails.
