I am so disappointed! I've heard such great things about this salon. I tried to make my 1st ever appt here by calling. I was put on hold for a long time, and then got disconnected. I called back immediately, only to leave a message on the machine. No one called me back. 3 days later, I called again. Was given a 2pm appointment. I emphasized that I could not make it earlier, as I had a doctor's appointment to deal with. I got a text "confirmation" for a 1:30 appointment. Heavy Sigh!! I give up.
