Fancy Decks came out for a consultation, heard our ideas, and helped us come up with a final design that was a much better use of our space. We had mostly an unusable backyard due to sloping. They were able to give us a space that was beyond what we had hoped for! And the pricing was fantastic. We did a lot of research and met with several companies but Fancy Decks gave us way more for our money. Took about a week to reply to my request for an estimate. Which is fine I understand people are busy. A lady came out took pics and measurements and said the owner would get back with an estimate. It has been 30 days and I haven't heard a thing!. I even called about a week ago and they said this is standard timing. No thank you! I've since had 3 other company estimates that have gotten back to me within 24-48 hours. I understand I may not get on schedule for weeks but estimates should come quicker.
Fancy Decks is a great company! They are timely and great to work with! They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have and I am very satisfied with my deck!
I called Fancy Decks looking for an estimate on our deck. Brian was there quickly to give me a quote and talk me through the process. His estimate couldn't be beat!! His crew was hardworking, friendly, and cleaned up everything. I couldn't be happier with our finished deck!! I would highly recommend Fancy Decks to anyone thinking about doing a deck
