We had a fantastic experience with Fanattics! They did a great job on our roof and attic. The team removed all the old insulation, installed new insulation, and even fixed several ventilation issues, including vents that had become disconnected from the pipes. Shawn also installed a solar panel on the roof to support better ventilation and cut in proper soffits to improve airflow throughout the attic. The insulation in our attic was original to our 1970s era house and the work included removing the old product, improving the air flow by modifying the soffit intakes, treating a mold problem and replacing new insulation. Richard and his team worked on our attic last July. We had them remove our existing loose fibreglass, air seal the attic penetrations, and place new loose cellulose to R-60. We had multiple quotes on the job, and Fanattics were the only contractor which sent a technician for the quote (Richard).
