Richard and his team worked on our attic last July. We had them remove our existing loose fibreglass, air seal the attic penetrations, and place new loose cellulose to R-60. We had multiple quotes on the job, and Fanattics were the only contractor which sent a technician for the quote (Richard). He was also the only contractor which clearly knew what he was talking about when it came to insulation and ventilation. Richard and his team did a great job. Came on time and with minimum disruption went about doing their work in the attic - sealing all bathroom fans, fixing the bathroom exhausts with new metal vents, top up insulation as well as replacing all the other vents on the roof with metal vents and insulating the attic door. Very professional, honest and helpful. Had a Energy Audit inspector come in a few days later to assess the work and he said they did a great job. Richard did an excellent job with my attic insulation. Answered all my questions and looked into issues that no one else did.
