I wouldn’t recommend using this service. They are not helpful when you call and ask questions, mixed information is shared depending on who you talk to, and they are not very accommodating. I wish I had booked the hotels on my own rather than use this service. I was trying to alter the number of guests for one evening, just removing two from the hotel stay because it’s $60 extra/night. They wouldn’t allow me to do this even though someone I spoke with previously said that I could alter it up to the day of the event.
I Wanna Thank you for everything. I had the best experience with u guys and u made my EDC LV WEEKEND A MEMORABLE ONE. with ur deals and early bookings with no payment till April was a big help. I got to stay at the Luxor hotel. Despite the little hiccups we had there all in all it was amazing. I didn't have to leave the hotel for anything once we completed each day. We had Starbuck and restaurants and bars all in one. Can't wait to book EDCLV 2018 WITH U GUYS THANK U
Awful ownership and poor execution of guest stay. Tread carefully - just look at the site!
