Is sad that places like this one exist, rude customer service specially the ones answering the phones, poor interpersonal skills, lack of vocation, trade, they have no idea what customer service is about, I will never buy anything from this store again and I will prevent my family, friends and co-workers to patronize or do business at this establishment, Im really disappointed with these people, but I still belive in karma and I know they will be liable someway, somehow.

I bought a mattress 4 days ago and the box frame was broken.I dont plan on buying from them again
horrible customer service, what a bunch of liers. they sold me on a warranty that hardly covers anything, never buying anything from them again
My aunt bought a mattress here a week ago and right when they delivered the mattress to her home, a person started appearing by her bed and pulling her blankets. She knew it was the mattress and she returned it back to Famsa. Now its gone! so it was the mattress!BEWARE!!!!
After expend 4 hours inside the store we were unable to finish our deals with them. The customer representative was trying to serve several customers at the same time. The sales representative mixted up our information between us, it was necesary to correct all the personal information.Many of the customers were unsatisfy with the service provided by FAMSA, and delivery were noticed also in FAMSA Van Nuys were we find better attention buy the same problems.
