We went on New Years Day there were only 3 other customers all sitting in the bar. We were seated the girl who took our drink order was Great! Our server ( Frankie) was horrible! Took forever to get our food and it was just blah! No taste,under cooked items and came out barely warm.
My wife and I have gone to FD for years and the service is and has always been great along with the BBQ. Font miss out.
BEST BBQ,Have had others and they were OK, but Famous Dave's is by far the best I,ve Had,!!!
Took almost an hour to give us our food. And when we got it it was wrong
Went in on Thanksgiving. There weren't many customers there, in fact, I think there were about 6 people eating. With that being said, the quality and temperature of the food was inconsistent. I expected a lot more since there were fewer people to feed.
Since it was Veterans Day and Veterans got a free meal it's hard to complain. We sat in the bar, which was crowded and probably had to wait close to an hour. Our waitress was inattentive and had to be flagged down for a drink refill. Food was mediocre. Thank you for honoring our Veterans though.
