Horrible service!!! Open tables all over the restaurant and almost 25 people waiting to be seated!! over a 45 minute wait!!! Hostess keeps running off and not assisting customers!! Hostess is rude and unwilling to assist!

Ordered online early for a 5:15 pick up, Order wasn't ready. I ordered 2 full rack of rib dinners. The ribs were tough and fatty. This place used to be really good. Can't say we were impressed with the meal.
