I was very disappointed this saturday when we went we always recieved great service this time. our wait was long and the place was not crowded. and the food was cold and it was forty degress out side and they had the air on inside we had to eat with our jackets on and thats not how you want to eat barbecue.very disappointed!!!

Food is amazing but this location always needs more staff in the "to go" area. Always waiting on hold when I call. When they do answer the background noise is so loud they can't hear me. Estimates for time to have food ready are always shorter than it actually takes. Phones are always ringing with staff not answering them when waiting in the "to go" area. The food was great. Servers were great. The food came out fast and hot. We were celebrating a birthday they came out singing. We had a wonderful time.
On Monday, we went there and waited for over 30 minutes to eat!!! Got tired of waiting and waiting we just walked out of there very, very upset!! Will never, ever go there again!!!! It’s not like we ordered something that they had to prepare from scratch, since ribs and rip tips is on their menus !!! Yet other people who came in after we did, were getting their food!!
Great place to eat family-friendly,great hostesses and lovely women galore,fuck all the haters and nay-sayers.
I visited on 6/3/18. The wait was long, food was served cold, and the service was poor. The only thing that made the visit good was the loved ones I was with.
