Just absolutely great BBQ food
Customer service was impeccable
What’s unfortunate about the North Riverside location is that the food is really good, but the service and presentation are HORRIBLE!!!!!! From dirty tables, to unprofessional introductions, to being seated for a long time without being addressed or even given water at the least. If you’re hungry and want good food, come here ONLY if you are willing to endure subpar service. That’s it. That’s all.

forgetting food on my order waited to long for a mac & cheese... on top of that forgot to give me my colesalw. workers seemed more into communicating with one another then doing their actual job definitely dont recommend this location at all
