Terrible dining experience. 45 minutes to get our food. Sad chicken portions. The food was not hot food. Not to mention a manager and server who were not apologetic. Don’t waste your time here.

I was so hungry and of course my favorite is brisket so it took care of my hunger I left satisfied and the bartender/waiter sorry his name started with a J and it eludes me at the moment but he did a great job!

The only thing better than your BBQ is your people! Ordered dinner tonight in Bolingbrook IL via Uber eats. Just moved into our new home all the way from California, requested extra BBQ sauce (Famous Dave's is our favorite), and not only did Sarah give us extra, but she gave us a personal welcome to the community. She should be recognized for the selfless act, and representing the entire Famous Dave's organization with a level of customer service that frankly is hard to find. Thank you so much Sarah!
This location has horrible service and cold dry food.

We have been to several Famous Dave’s. This by far was the WORST!!! We were there around 2:30 today. The brisket was basically all fat-don’t get me wrong I know what and how brisket is. However this was over the top fat. Beans were basically juice few beans. Everything seemed as if it was from yesterday. We even expressed to the waitress after getting warm unsweetened tea how terrible the food was. We love Famous Dave’s. Now it’s questionable if will go back.
