I ordered a birthday meal and was very disappointed. I received my chicken sandwich burnt and the mac and cheese had corn in it. I complained to the manager and he hung up the phone on me. Very rude and unprofessional. I will never order anything from this place again.
I'm so sad, famous daves is probably the second favorite restaurant, and have to walk away today. We were seated for 45 min no exaggeration. We put everyone's order in, kids etc. The server was so out of it when we ordered our drinks she bought put the wrong order. After 20 min she came back to ask again how we would like outlr wings..hot mild. when we specifically told her over 2 times. Finally after 45 min We had to leave our booth to see what was going on. have to walk out cause till more than 40 min to get my food, bolingbrook location needs to hire qualified waitress, honestly rather to drive to another location, Dave, let do something about it.
Ribs are the best. Good friendly service.

Manager kept walking by a pile of dirty dishes stacked 6 plates high on the bar it was gross. Manager looked like he had no clue what was going on.took very long to get food . Corn muffins came out after meal. We are not going back there again.
