Service was extremely, extremely slow. Sweet tea wasn't sweet at all
The first time I've ever eaten at a Famous Dave's and I was so disappointed. The food was good, but the service was awful. The servers stood in the kitchen door and were laughing and joking LOUDLY. The waitress only spoke to us when she took the order. We kept trying to find someone to bring us refills. All I had was water. Someone else brought out food out and we didn't see the waitress again until I complained to a manager. The manager apologized and brought our refills. This was my first visit to Famous Dave's but hopefully will not be my last. Food and service was very good.
I WAS HERE THIS EVENING THE FOOD WAS SO FRESH AND HOT AND THEY GAVE ME A GOOD PORTION I LIKE THE SPICY BARBECUE SAUCE AND I CAN NOT WAIT TO GO BACK.....
