My husband and I placed an order for pickup tonight. My sandwich was good, he liked his ribs, mac was hot, soup has a nice flavor... But not only were you late with the food by 15 minutes after ordering ahead, I can't figure out how you could charge someone $1 for a LITERAL tablespoon of coleslaw. And the soup was cold. It needed to be significantly reheated once we got it home (less than 2 miles away).
My waiter he was very nice and helpful he remembered everyone's order he kept the table clean and he came back to check on everyone to make sure everyone was ok and asked if there was anything else that we needed he had excellent customer service skills very pleasant seemed trust worthy I loved it.
I've been a fan of Famous Daves for years. The food is consistently good, nice portions and it gets to the table quickly. Service can be spotty at times but that can vary with location. Daves has been my daughter's choice for her birthday dinner since she was a little girl and yesterday we celebrated her 22nd there. I don't think I've ever left feeling unhappy about my meal
Beef brisket was awesome jalapeno macaroni ribs and everything was great.
