The place is completely empty waited 15 minutes servers passing by us and not one attending to us. Ask manager and her response was "I can seat you at the bar". So you are telling me even though the restaurant is empty and servers available instead of sending one to our table you rather move us to the bar? 🤦♀️ waste of time. poor management.

RecommendedAt Famous Daves grown to love dining in. The food is always fresh and delectable. When it comes to my dine in experience I give them a perfect five. However, their curbside service is a struggle. Whenever I order food to go something is always missing or wrong. I went there today to use a credit I had received from the last curbside order they messed up on July 4. Ordered over the phone, even explained why I had the credit because my last order was botched. We ordered dinner for Mother's Day and scheduled to pick it up at 5:30. My brother arrived a little after 5:00 just in case there was a wait. We were given a number to call for curbside pick up and no one is picking up the phone. It's 6:45 and he is still waiting in the line and there are no employees in sight. My brother finally parked and went inside. He was told that the order wasn't even started; its 7:05 pm. Thank you Famous Dave's for ruining our Mother's day dinner.
