My first time there, we had a family gathering about 30 of us, FOR SUNDAY BRUNCH. As famous Daves takes no reservations they absolutely accommodated our large group and orchestrated all of our needs with perfection. These employees worked together like magic, and the managers were excellent also! I myself rarely enter an establishment, and leave without having some type of constructive criticism. Hello my name is Jacob Rowley I have ate at many of your restaurants all across the United States I've never had a poor experience and will sometimes drive 20 to 30 miles outside of my way just to get some of your great barbecue but this weekend in Minneapolis Minnesota at Calhoun Square I had the worst experience at a restaurant of my entire life first when we hit the door I had to pay a $12 cover charge for me and my employee to get in I thought this was quite ridiculous as I was getting ready to spend near $100 on ribs an... read more
Our wait staff was slow sadly, had to wait too long for our drink order, had to flag down another wait staff, then again on taking our order. However, the food was awesome!! The music was on spot and the company was great!! The wait staff threw in a Hot Fudge Sunday on the house... We'll be back, because... Alex Rossi will be in the HOUSE!!!
I had a wonderful time Sunday evening November 6th and plan on doing it again; the Showcase was amazing the food was great the scenery was comfortable and that's all that matters!
I love Famous Dave's they have the best ribs here in Minnesota mouth watering ribs
