Recommendedwas a good atmosphere and good food not to mention good company, my wife.
Ordered head, cold food, no condiments, napkins or silverware. would not purchase from them again. The burger was cold and hard.
We went to Famous Dave’s and they would not even seat us because we had 6 people and an infant. We offered to sit apart at 2 tables outside. Our server came out and we said we would put 3 at 1 table and 3 at another with the 5 week old baby. He then told us he would get his manager and never return to our table. I understand the social distancing but they apparently have no clue how to get and keep people at this business. I was willing to accommodate them and they were rude. With NO SERVICE offered!
Everything on the menu is AWESOME!!! Love the sauces!!! Excellent service and atmosphere!!!
Don't order the chicken strip app! u get 4 small strips for $11. The child corn.dog meal was overcooked. spent $130 for all American meal and a few sides and a kids meal. $20 for an extra lb of meat and $12 for a quart of mac and cheese?! yes food is good but not reasonably priced!
We have ordered twice from famous Dave’s in Rochester, MN, while at Mayo Clinic, and it’s been DELICIOUS! Both times we have ordered and paid for extra sauce, and this last time, ranch dressing, but we did not receive. This evening, August 13, following delivery of our last order, I called the restaurant, explaining the situation, and requesting the sauces. The manager apologized, saying it was her fault. Unfortunately our Father’s Day dinner plans fell through due to the weather. My husband decided he wanted to order Famous Dave’s instead so we placed an online order around 6:45 PM. Our confirmation email arrived and said that the food would be ready at 7:18. My husband showed up at that time and was told that the food was actually going to take an hour and a half.
