We tried to call an order to pick up around 12:45 pm today. The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and hateful right from the start answering the phone. When she asked me my name she sounded like she didn't believe it, gave me more attitude when I tried to place the order then she told me she was done with me and she was going to have to get a cook to take the order. very disappointed brisket was not tender chicken strips small and over cooked to expensive to have to throw food away , we couldn't believe for the price we paid that they would actually serve something like that

We ordered BBQ ribs that claimed to be "smothered in sauce" w/baked beans. They gave me mashed potatoes and no baked beans and these ribs are the driest I've ever had. There is no sauce! I could eat these in a white shirt and not get messy.
